    I have a slot set up and also require consent is checked, but for some reason, it doesn't let you edit the account sometimes. I think it used to (Agent Studio classic) have an edit button that let you edit the value in the slot. 

    Just a few minutes before the interaction above I got a completely different experience:
     

    Does anyone know what I can do to make this experience consistent, whether using slots or something else?
