Standard approval notifications should have a determination for what the approval is

There are cases where a single request might require different approvals and the user should be notified at what stage of a request the approval is for

Adding a “approval description” as part of the notification would be necessary to be able to separate the requests

@denis.barros Approval notifications are highly configurable and I suspect we can find a way to add your “approval description” to the notification. I would recommend reaching out to your CS team for help regarding your bot’s specific configurations.
