Sending Employee Communications using Dynamic Distribution Lists from Azure.

We would like the ability to send employee communications using the Group Email section but we are limited to the Email Distro Lists that are in Active Directory. We have Dynamic Distribution Lists in Azure that has all of our users by department. We want to be able to target messages to specific email groups and are unable to do this because Moveworks currently does not support Dynamic Distribution Lists.
