Send to Publish Workflow

For users that are not admins of Employee Comms, and they are ready to publish a communication, they have a note stating: Please save your draft and notify an Admin to publish this campaign.

My suggestion is to streamline this into an automated approval workflow with potentially already native features of Moveworks. A suggestion of the workflow would look something like this:

Submission workflow:

  1. On the Confirm and Publish page, have a button for non admins to click on that says something along the lines of “Submit for Publish”
  2. Once that is clicked, a pop up will appear to confirm the submission to request for an admin to publish.
  3. After confirmed, a Moveworks bot message to the Employee Communications admins via their messaging platform will be sent asking them to publish the campaign.

Recall Submission workflow:

  1. If the author of the campaign sees that they may need to make an edit to a campaign and that the campaign has not yet been sent to the target audience (even after being published by an admin). Have a “Recall” button where they can pull back the campaign into a draft state.
  2. Once that is clicked, a pop up will appear to confirm that they want to recall the campaign and that this would cancel the scheduled campaign.
  3. After clicking on this, they will have the ability to “Submit for Publish” again.
