Roles & Permissions – Access Assignment Date for Governance

From a governance perspective, it would be valuable if the Roles & Permissions dashboard displayed when a role or permission was assigned to a user.

Currently, administrators can see who has access, but there is no visibility into how long that access has been in place. Adding an Assigned Date column, along with filters (e.g., access older than 6 months or 1 year), would simplify periodic access reviews, access recertification, and compliance activities.

This enhancement would strengthen governance by making it easier to identify, review, and validate long-standing user access.
