We have noticed that when our bot assists with closing a Zendesk ticket, the ticket requester can select "I'm still having issues” to re-open the ticket. The problem we are running into is the Zendesk ticket is re-opened with no context regarding why the user is still having issues.
It would be great if there was a way to make the "Edit Request" button mandatory or prompt the user to add a comment before clicking on the "Yes" button. Thank you!
