What is it

Does this include:

Event: Understand what metrics will inform if related to an Event, if users have the bot blocked, will we have visibility to see this data?

Path: When it says the number of incomplete times, does it mean failed? How can we tell if the issue was solved at step 3 out of 5, instead of seeing it as a failure? If Moveworks can show how many paths were started and completed, can we get more details about where the customer stops in the Path?

Does the Moveworks Data API help with any of this?
