Please handle attachments better in chat

As of now, the only way to deal with attachments via agent studio is with the link to a Moveworks site where the file is uploaded. Moveworks instead should be able to handle attachments added to the chat itself instead of making people leave the chatbot to go to a new url.

Hey @andrewwhitley - thanks for the feedback we are aware of this. Are you specifically talking in chat platforms such as teams? In assistant web app, we already provide a modal in the chat itself

Thanks Kevin. Yes it is in Teams, Google Chat, and Slack. Glad to hear it is in the web app as we do have some people using it, but most stay in their chat platform.

Understood, one thing that stands out and it’s a hard issue to tackle with using the native file pickers from the chat platforms is that we cannot enforce constraints when entering images through the chat app. The current website we provide does enforce certain constraints, such as file limit or number of files you can upload based off the data type File or List[File]. I’ll take this back to the team
