Currently, users are able to search based on Name, Email, Department, and Manager Name. However, enabling Role search would bring more flexibility and help users find colleagues based on their specific roles

Here i specifically prompted to search in the Role, my prompt: search evp of oncology in role hence the results are appearing
We cont get expected answer, due to bots partial search in Department and partial Search in Role for the given prompt
