Password Reset Notification - Ability to change the text

Hi Moveworks team,

It would be really helpful to be able to change the text that is sent for the Password Reset notification. For example, when user received the bot notification about their password expiring they may view it on their phone and then try to reset the password on their phone, which fails. We would like to be able to update the text advising they must be on the office network and using a company laptop to reset their password

Hello @andrew.keith!

This is something that can be updated today through your customer success team or support to match exactly what is needed; this is very common across our customers as there is a wide variety of actions that need to take place on the user side to complete account access actions. We see specific instructions that detail various approached depending on device being used, user completing the action (FTE vs. Contractor), etc.

I will reach out to you directly to capture what’s needed to change within Kai’s instructions for password reset!

In the future, wordings such as this will be rolled out in our self-service initiative to allow you quick access and customization.

Hi Tyler,

Thanks for the feedback. The Support team said this to me:

“Following discussions with our internal team regarding this issue, unfortunately it turns out, due to its hard-coded nature, we wont be able to incorporate the note you requested. This is particularly due to the fact that it relates to automation rather than deflection.

But this is a great feature request, we value your input and request you to submit this as a feature request on our Community Page, specifically in the Product Idea section. This allows our product development team to directly learn about and consider your ideas for future improvements.”

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello Andy -- circling back here.

We've done an investigation here and determined there was some confusion around controlling this for the next-gen copilot experience and classic experience.
As of today, this is not able to be controlled in the next-gen experience; hence the response you saw earlier in your support ticket. HOWEVER, we are able to control this in the classic experience. We are working for full feature parity here.

I will circle back in our support ticket to update what’s shown in the classic experience to avoid confusion for your users.
