Our password expiry notification start date is set to 14 days before the expiry date, providing a default notification cadence of 14, 7, 3, 1, and 0 days, as confirmed by the MW documentation and support team.
For our specific needs, we would prefer to customise this cadence to 14, 7, and 1 days which is currently not possible.
We look forward to a future release that will allow organisations the flexibility to tailor the notification cadence to their unique requirements.
