Hi community,

I don’t know if it is just me but I often have many similar use cases where just one or two variables change... because we need a static process flow on our conversational process.

would be nice to have the option to duplicate a Plug in, compound action, http action, conversational process.  I would go to more options button and click duplicate.

This would save a lot of time in the development of the use cases.

I know its possible to export and import full plug ins - but this create many duplicated actions and its a bundle - you import all of the items.

I think this would be a quick win for you guys to implement and a must have! :)

thank you

Hi @João Durand,

Thank you for submitting this feature idea! I totally understand how a duplicate option would be useful. We will add this to our backlog. Please let me know if you have any other ideas or questions!

Best,
Somu Amujala

I found this because I was looking for a way to duplicate a conversational process. I don’t really want to mess up the working plugin for minor (or any) improvements

As a follow-up, I just made some changes, then edited the name of the conversational process, and saved it. It did change my old one.

Would love to know how to do this also, I know we can import, but often we don’t need everything, but the conversational process, or a script action, one or two items from the use case.

And the copy within a conversational process doesn’t seem to allow you to paste it into a new one, only within the same CP.

The ‘Paste Copied Block’ is greyed out. (Only available when still in the same CP)
