Notification should not be delivered during an active conversation. This interrupts the current conversation and confuses the user on the current work flow.

Even the regular concierge notifications should not be triggered while the user is in the Live chat

completely agree on this, this is a must have feature is the primary native skill of the platform is ticketing and concierge. users, especially approvers etc are not able to have a decent conversation flow with the bot as they are interrupted with ticketing notifications. there is also no concept of a “conversation” with a timeout functionality.
