+1Even the regular concierge notifications should not be triggered while the user is in the Live chat
+2completely agree on this, this is a must have feature is the primary native skill of the platform is ticketing and concierge. users, especially approvers etc are not able to have a decent conversation flow with the bot as they are interrupted with ticketing notifications. there is also no concept of a “conversation” with a timeout functionality.
