Native Approval Include Manager then App Admin Approval Flow

There is already a native flow for approvals in Moveworks Setup that goes from a first approver of the app admin, and then secondary approval step as the manager, however I would like to see a native flow that is used more often here with first step approver being the user’s manager, and second step being the app admin(s). It would be convenient for us to have this as a native flow versus having to write it in json in the approvers code.
