Multilingual Support UI Improvements

In Assistant, we will display source citations in the original content language instead of automatically translating sources to your preferred language by default. Across both Assistant and Enterprise Search, we'll add an option to translate the displayed source into your configured messaging language. This keeps you connected to the original source context while making results more accessible in your preferred language.
