Multilingual Support ticket translation ability

From the MLS documentation:

  • This experience is only from user to agent. If an agent adds a non-english comment, there is no translation applied onto the ticket itself.

I think this is an ability that would prove useful to ensure teams can enact global support coverage, regardless of where the company/employee are based. Many companies hire support agents in other regions that may need to assist English-speaking users.
