Message Indicating Longer Processing Time in Chat

AdventHealth would like to propose an active indicator to denote that a chat response is forthcoming with a message to indicate that the chat is “still thinking” or “working on it”.

Some of our Moveworks Plugins require more processing time than others, yet the system doesn’t actively indicate that the Chat is still “thinking” before providing an answer.  The result is that the user may leave the chat assuming that the chat is either not working or will take too long.  Example:
