For comms messages sent using the bot, would it be possible to add a new button type?
Our idea is to have a button that users can press to ask a pre-populated question. When the user clicks this button, a message will be sent to the bot as though the user typed it. The bot will then respond.
The idea behind this came from our new-starter comms. When a new starter joins, we send them a bespoke message using the bot. To encourage engagement, we had the idea of including a few pre-populated questions in this message, that the new starter could select. This would start a conversation without the user having to type anything in.
