It would be highly advantageous to have the capability to access logs for Moveworks built-in features, such as concierge events. Enabling trace logs for specific users would significantly aid in diagnosing issues across various endpoints.

Yes, and also the ability to break out user initiated plugins versus Moveworks initiated notifications in reports. There is value in seeing how many notifications are being sent (by name) and actioned upon when applicable. It will give more visibility into how colleagues are interacting with Moveworks so we can better identify what is working well and where we can improve. Thanks!
