Link directly to SharePoint article section in answer snippets

We have numerous SharePoint articles that cover FAQ’s for a specific area. The articles contain a list of questions within a text web part with the questions formatted as Heading 2 in order to create snippets for each question. When the bot provides the answer, the hyperlink takes the user to the top of the SharePoint article. It would be helpful if the hyperlink could direct the user to that specific heading within the article instead.

I second this, we find that our users give up and don’t read through the SharePoint site contents because they were expecting to go right to the article. Instead they get frustrated because they have to search for the article on the SharePoint site when they want to read its full content.
