Limited Sharepoint access based on file attributes

For bot file ingestion of our HR policies and guidelines, they are stored in a Sharepoint site along with ALL policies and guidelines (ie HSE, Finance, Procurement etc). The document library has a column/field called ‘Functional Area’ so users can group/filter by functional area (eg HR). Would it great if it was possible to give the bot access only to certain files with function type “HR”.

Another file attribute our organization is interested in is whether the document is valid or not. Older HR Policies are still available on SharePoint but are marked as valid or invalid. For ingestion the invalid ones should not be considered.

Would this be part of this feature request? Or should another one be opened?
