JSM Forms (dynamic forms) fillable for Jira users

Based on your response, the API is not even available. Moveworks can’t do anything until that is resolved by the vendor, correct?

@kyril.remillard Correct, the API is not available now. 

However, Peloton has locked in the attention of their Atlassian CSM + PMs at Atlassian. The Atlassian PMs are committed to meeting with PMs from Moveworks to understand how we might work together to provide a solution jointly.

Moveworks PMs @Daniel Sujay R @Indrashis have provided the following requirements that Moveworks needs from Atlassian:

1. List all forms API
2. If the all forms API does not give all information we need API to fetch form specific information.
3. API should also return form fields (Types that we can match, IDs for dropdown fields, their default values if possible and description & title for all fields).
Usually, dropdown fields live in a different API.
4. For every field there should be a rule specified which shows when and how to display this and all of these rules should (eg: if we have two fields 1,2 and field 2 depends on value defined in field 1 then the rule for field 2 should contain a rule like field1.value = "string".) We would then be able to evaluate this rule and determine when and how to show it. This means that we cannot support overtly complex rules
5. An API to submit the form.

What we’re looking for is commitment from Moveworks to jointly collaborate with Atlassian

His is a huge hamper for our teams as we heavily use Jira Proforma Forms now Jira Forms in cloud. 

As Forms becomes a huge part of the Atlassian Platform. Like the Peloton team states above we’ll be pushing our Atlassian contacts to work with Moveworks. 

Please prioritize this, we are also using JSM and this is a hinderance for user adoption at C.H. Robinson.   We are also willing to bring MW and Atlassian together on this topic.
