Introducing Moveworks Data Mapping

We are thrilled to inform that we are introducing Moveworks data mapping within Moveworks Setup. This capability is now available to all the customers.
 

What is Moveworks data mapping ?

The Moveworks Data Mapping Language is a concise, domain-specific language crafted to facilitate the transformation and manipulation of data within the Moveworks platform. It offers a suite of operators and functions that enable users to efficiently map, aggregate, and format data according to their requirements.They are widely used in Ticketing and User Identity modules to map the data attributes from your systems into the Moveworks platform. Please check out the Common Examples to learn more.
 

How can you use this feature ?

You can govern the attributes and their mapping within Moveworks that happen for Tickets, Users, Approvals and Knowledge.

Modifying these Mappers incorrectly can result in unintended bot functioning. Please refer to the Moveworks Data Mapping Language Reference prior to making changes yourselves or raise a support ticket and we will be happy to help.
