I am new to Moveworks but not ServiceNow, though I’m no ServiceNow expert. I’m looking forward to learning all about it. I was told to submit a recommendation here. If this is not the correct place, please let me know. In Knowledge Studio, it would be great if there was a checkbox or field on the tile, that showed “Work in Progress” and another for “Completed”. We have a team of four writers, and we all see the same recommendations, it would be a quick check to know if someone is working on a suggestion/tile/article.
