We are redeveloping our ServiceNow support portal to create a more streamlined experience and we would like Moveworks to be an integral piece of that experience.
Embedded AI Assistant doesn’t meet our needs because it doesn’t track user input in the portal’s search and automatically initiates a new interaction with the assistant.
Web Assistant doesn’t meet our needs because it takes the user out of the portal and would need to link out of the web assistant experience to present ServiceNow resources.
Our preferred experience would be some way of having the Moveworks assistant listen to the Servicenow Portal’s search bar and print a Moveworks assistant response on the search result page.
