In Moveworks Setup we need a better way to track ingested internal knowledge all we get is refreshed X hours ago. Very difficult to track and sometimes we wait 36 hours to confirm which is probably not ideal. Example google faqs 9 hours ago but the last ingest per documentation should’ve taken place 3 hours ago, we some results but we don’t have a way to track from a backend
Would be good to track per ingest source
- Date and time last refresh completed
- Date and time of next refresh
- Also include on the list and search to export
Also the download ingested source list doesn’t reflect accurate data (outdated ingest times and missing google FAQs). It reads last ingest Jan 19th but it’s Feb 13 and we’ve had ingests
