How are we improving the product?

We’re expanding access to in-bot alerts so designated recipients can receive notifications through the Moveworks Slack bot, helping teams become aware of issues without regularly checking the Alerts page.

Super Admins can manage who receives notifications through Notification Settings on the Alerts page in Moveworks Setup.

Thank you for considering these improvements.

One concern I have with in-bot alerts is their dependency on the Moveworks bot itself being operational. Hypothetically, if the Moveworks bot is down or unable to deliver messages across Slack, Microsoft Teams, or the web portal, how would we receive an in-bot alert about the outage?

Does Moveworks currently support, or plan to support, exposing these alerts externally through webhooks, APIs, or other integrations?

More specifically, it would be great to have a way to integrate Moveworks alerts with known enterprise monitoring tools out there, allowing teams to proactively detect issues, correlate them with the Moveworks status page, triage, and escalate as needed.
