Submitting this request to suggest some improvement ideas on the Zoom chat channel UI:
1.) Zoom formatting looks a bit different from the Embedded Assistant/Moveworks web app in terms of bulleting/spacing. If the Zoom formatting could be more consistent that would help with readability.
2.) Grant the ability for us to update the auto grey text in Zoom chat text box: for our company it says ‘Message [Company Name] Helper-Dev’ in our test environment. This would make it more employee friendly and uniform across the Embedded Assistant and Moveworks Web App.
