Hyperlinks relatable to the organization

Hyperlinks that are in answers, employee communications or recorded in agent notes contain “moveworks.ai”. This causes confusion in our users as it is not a recognizable domain within the organization and do not want to click or engage with the link.

Also agents receive the moveworks.ai links in the worknotes for answers suggested to the user via interception. This is also not intutive to them. Reference to internal KB numbers or links will provide better context.
