HappySignal integration to capture end users satisfaction

Hi,

We are using HappySignal to capture end users satisfaction after incident resolution. We would like those notification to be integrated in Moveworks.

Priority 1 is to have notifications sent and answer captured inside Moveworks at incident resolution

Then it will be great that HappySignal surveys can be also sent when interaction ends (if no incident is created)
