I’d love to have more flexibility on collecting user responses from campaigns. Currently the button for feedback is permanently set to “Submit Feedback”, which doesn’t work for all campaigns that we would like to run.
Another request would be to be able to collect feedback/responses within chat. The submit feedback opens a separate window but we have other 3rd party url links that can do this adequately. The ideal flow would elicit a response that is captured directly within the MW chat window.
