Feedback Categorization Enhancement - Show options for category instead of free text

Hi Team,

When users submit feedback, the bot should include a category dropdown that allows them to specify the nature of their issue.

This will help categorize feedback more effectively and identify key areas for improvement within the bot. By better understanding the specific issues users are encountering, we can focus on addressing these areas, ultimately enhancing the bot's performance and user satisfaction.

It would be additionally helpful if customers have the ability to control the options in the category dropdown from MW setup portal.

Expanding this further - a capability for customers to customize the feedback form will be great. (e.g. add additional fields on the form)

I’ve seen this requirement from two of my customers, hence bumping this idea.
