Feature Request: "Templated" Header and Footer

When creating or using the notes area would love the ability to create a standard header or footer that we normally place on KBs or articles.

Example

Footer:

For more assistance please contact [company name] - Technology Service Desk number at XXX-XXXX

This will help us make sure users copying and pasting into appropriate knowledge bases follow some standards

Is this process one your company follows today?
Do all your knowledge articles have a footer/header or just some type of articles?

I would priotize the footer and yes all of our Tech articles have the same footer
