Exposing DM results to Channel

Product Enhancement Request: Slack & Copilot Integration

We use Slack and Copilot and would like an enhancement that allows responses from direct messages (DMs) to be shared back to the company-wide channel where the inquiry originated.

Specifically, after the AI retrieves an answer, it should analyze the metadata to determine if the information comes from one of the following sources:

• Public external vendor knowledge
• Company-wide KAs
• Company-wide Google Drive files

If the answer is sourced from one of these categories, the AI should present the user with an option (a button?) to share the response back to the original channel.

This feature would help ensure that useful answers don’t get lost in private conversations, preventing questions from appearing resolved (green checkmark) without the broader team seeing the actual response.
