Expose Audit Logs on Moveworks Employees Accessing Data for a Customer

Customer Facing Logging Requirement

Problem Statement: As various Moveworks staff have access to view any/all information in the backend system when granted rights and/or invited by admins  - we are requiring proper logging by user, date/time, and which data was accessed.

This level of detail will need to be provided and is valuable for all instances, and once proposals / ideas based on these requirements are considered we can meet and go over this and ensure it works for all instance owners. Logging should be of value for all audits of user activity in the backend admin areas.

Key Issue: Moveworks staff (when authorized) able to access any/all data without audit logs of who/when/what was accessed/exposed.

Asked Solution: Provide visibility to customer of the audit trail / logs of when someone at Moveworks accesses data that pertains to the customer’s bot
