Users are notorious for providing less-than-ideal descriptions of their Help Desk issues. It would be ideal for EXI to also leverage work and resolution notes (not just ticket description) when identifying ticket trends. (Similar to how Knowledge Studio leverages that data to write/suggest knowledge articles). Thanks!
