Exclude a user or group from insights.

I’m using my bot to test my creator studio use case. But I’m skewing the insights by how much I am testing it. In the Insights page, it could be useful to exclude particular emails or say the developer group/role so that the knowledge person doesn’t think a topic needs a KB when it is just me testing the same thing over and over.

This feedback makes total sense.

We have a “is this use case ready for production” flag that you can enable on your plugin. We recognize copilot insights isn’t respecting that right now, but we will make investments towards fixing that in the future.
