One key feedback we’ve consistently heard from end users is that approvals are difficult to track, especially because the platform also sends several other alerts and notifications.
While the web UI currently has a Notifications tab, it would be very helpful to have a separate “Approvals” tab that gives users a consolidated view of all their pending approval requests in one place. This would make it much easier for approvers to quickly identify and act on outstanding items.
In our case, we are planning to use the Moveworks Approval Engine and native approval skills more broadly going forward, and manage these approvals through our Bot. A dedicated approvals view would significantly improve the end-user experience and help drive adoption of approval workflows within the platform.
Would love to know if others are looking for something similar.
