Currently, there is no visibility into how specific KB articles, KB sections, or files under a particular SharePoint site are being used within Moveworks. Content owners cannot determine which sections or documents are most frequently surfaced in responses or how a specific SharePoint site contributes to our agents self‑service.
This enhancement would provide usage analytics scoped to a selected KB article/section or SharePoint site, including how often content is referenced by MIA and which sections or files are most impactful. These insights would help content owners optimize knowledge quality, and measure adoption and ROI integrated knowledge sources.
