Enhance Knowledge Studio to support HR Cases as a knowledge source by enabling it to ingest, analyze, and leverage case data from the HRSD module. This capability would allow Knowledge Studio to identify common employee inquiries, extract resolutions and best practices from resolved HR cases, and use that information to improve the accuracy and relevance of generated responses.
