How are we improving the product?

EmployeeWorks Mobile brings EmployeeWorks into the Now Mobile app, giving employees access to ServiceNow Otto-powered conversational experiences and a personalized mobile workspace. Employees can find information, access services, and manage work from their iOS or Android device.

How does it work?

Within the Now Mobile app, employees can:

• Use conversational experiences powered by ServiceNow Otto.
• View a personalized canvas tailored to their work.
• Browse catalog items and knowledge.
• Access and manage tasks and requests.

Licensing Restrictions

This capability is available to customers with EmployeeWorks.
