Dynamic fields within the bot like a mail merge

Customer would like to be able to send bot messages to users with user specific information in the message itself similar to the functionality that exists in Microsoft as Mail Merge.

Specifically within CAMPAIGN messages, it would be very useful to have a MAIL MERGE functionality in order to customize messages to individual users..
