Disable Ticket link(Redirect ticket link to ITSM system) to a single type of type(INC) or single type of ITSM system

Customer has requested to remove ticket links to redirect users to their ITSM as they do not want the users to visit the portal. We can disable this for all ITSM integration but because they have SNOW ITSM as well where they want to keep the Links, it creates a problem.

They want the feature to remove link to individual type of tickets as well as for individual ITSM integration
