We would like the ability to customize and modify the tone and diction of our Moveworks Bot.
At the moment, this feature exists, but only on the user-specific level, initiated by asking the Bot to change how it talks or what it’s personality should mimic.
This would enable us to create a more unique personality for our Bot that is consistent across all employees, driving engagement, and improving perception.
We are seeking engagement from others in Community to determine if a desire for this exists outside of our company.
