This modification will allow us to adapt more effectively to our culture, gain deeper insights into user needs, and enhance satisfaction. The inability to modify CSAT questions and our decision to mask user IDs prevent us from conducting independent surveys.

The recommendation here is that the customer use DATA API to build out their own type of survey for whatever use case they’re looking to achieve for their employees. In agent studio they can create their own custom surveys.
