Creator Studio Governance

Granting the Creator Studio Developer role provides unrestricted access to all workflows, with no ability to restrict visibility or edit permissions at the Business Unit (BU)/function level, increasing the risk of unauthorized changes and potential compliance issues. The lack of granular access control makes it difficult to manage who can view or edit workflows, and without proper guardrails in place, there is a higher likelihood of misconfigurations or breaches in governance. To address this, we are requesting for Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) at the Team/BU level to ensure more secure and efficient workflow management.
