Copilot: Blank Modal appears on web application while clicking on bot chat widget

Since upgrading to Copilot, when we click on the 1.bot chat widget from the web application, it loads a blank modal for a few seconds, which causes confusion for end users. It would be helpful if a loader or spinner appeared during this time, so users are aware that the bot is loading and will be ready shortly.
