Hey folks, is there any update on the Conversation API?

As I understand it, the API should allow us to query our Moveworks instance for knowledge search and answer generation based on the content that has already been trained and ingested into the platform.

Our current use case is to integrate this API with an external robot, Reachy Mini, so that it can interact with employees through voice and respond directly using the knowledge available in our Moveworks environment.

Could you please confirm whether this is supported and share any updates on availability, capabilities, or implementation guidance?

The Conversations API will allow you to manage conversations, responses, and messages via a web service. Creating responses that are grounded from your internal Moveworks knowledge index is a supported use case.

Per the Moveworks Product Roadmap, you can see that the Conversations API is slated to be released in Q2 of this year. To get more granular insights, please leverage your Customer Success team for continuous updates as they become available.

To prepare for your integration, I would recommend reviewing the API Reference for this new API. This will allow you to plan the payload schema and response schema that will be needed.
