Consider Existing Knowledge in the Generated Knowledge Updates
Knowledge updates recommendations are generated from agent notes as the source. Many times the agent notes are just quick notes and existing knowledge article has more information than what the agents put down in the resolution notes, so the idea is to combine both the agent notes and existing knowledge to generate a more robust knowledge update recommendation.
